Amazing Wedding at Bothwell Parish Church in Glasgow | Glasgow Wedding Photography
Today's wedding that I will be showcasing took place at the beautiful Bothwell Parish Church in Glasgow, where Alison and Owen exchanged their vows. This wedding was photographed by one of the best wedding photographer based in Glasgow. But let's start at the beginning.
Relaxed Atmosphere at the Bride's Preparations
Alison's preparations took place at her family home in Cumbernauld. That's where she had her makeup done and had a "first look" with her father. This scene is always very emotional for me as a father, I can't imagine my daughter's wedding day without tears in my eyes. After wonderful preparations, Alison went to the ceremony in a beautiful old-school car.
Beautiful Ceremony at the Church and Confetti Cannons
Bothwell Parish Church turned out to be a beautiful church with stunning lighting. It was a perfect place for photography. The large space allowed me to move around the church unnoticed, which allowed me to take as many shots as possible from different perspectives. The ceremony was held in the most beautiful location in Glasgow and was surrounded by historic architecture.
After the beautiful ceremony, we went outside where guests were waiting with confetti cannons, which were truly fantastic. As a professional Glasgow wedding photographer, I felt like I needed more, so we went back to the church with Alison and Owen for some additional shots in the beautiful architecture.
Glamorous Reception at Tudor Hotel in Airdrie
The reception was held at the Tudor Hotel in Airdrie, a beautiful venue that offered a glamorous style that was perfect for the day. With the elegant decor and enchanting ambiance, it was the perfect place to celebrate the newlyweds' special day.
