Romantic Elopement Wedding in the Glencoe, Scottish Highlands - Kasia and Lukas
I know Kasia and Lukas a little longer and I know what wonderful people they are. I also know how much they are in love with each other and how much they love to be photographed.
The elopement that I will present to you today was one of my first elopements in Scotland and the first time photographed this far, because about 250 km from Glasgow.
Kasia and Lukas trusted me very much in choosing the place, but they indicated that the photos should be original, preferably in a place where no one had any element yet. It also happened.
Thanks to the book "The Photographer's Guide to Scotland" I have come across an amazing place. It is the "Shipwreck" on Corpal Beach near Fort William
Photo session at the shipwreck on the Corpal beach near Fort William
With Kasia and Lukas, we decided to go there. It took us about 3 hours one way. Was it worth it? Yes of course. When we got to the beaches in Corpal, we were very lucky because the tide was low and we could easily walk to the wreckage of the ship that was standing on the beach. The view next to the ship was amazing because in the background of the ship there was the snow-capped highest peak of Great Britain - Ben Nevis.
The session was amazing and one of the photos I took was one of the best photos I have been able to take so far. Thanks to this photo, I got into the Top 76 best photographers in the world on the Looklikefilm page, and the place was recognized in the ranking of the top best places for wedding photography. Glen Etive Elopement photography
After a successful session in Corpal, we went to one of the most famous places in Scotland - Glen Etive.
I have written about this fantastic place more than once. A very narrow road and beautiful views - that's how I can sum up Glen Etive. With Kasia and Lukas we decided to spend some time there in the pictures. Despite the bad weather and snowing, the photos turned out to be fantastic.
I always tell my clients that, "Bad weather equals good photos" and that's what happened in this case. Kasia and Lukas are a very loving couple, which can be seen in the emotional photos. I would like to add that there was champagne and a lot of fantastic photo shots.
Do you want to see how the final effect turned out and how, thanks to one place, I managed to inspire other photographers? I invite you to the blog.
